One movement of Falstaff-Suite No. 1 has the title „The Boar’s head-tavern“. This part can be performed independently. The battle of words between Prince Henry and John Falstaff were transfigured in the choreography by Heinz Spoerli and Jürgen Rose into a boozing competition. With a continous ragtime played on a prepared piano out of tune („Wanzen- klavier“) and on a bouteillophone the music refers to this scene. The score will be published by Peermusic Classical Hamburg.
